Participants will examine the growing gap between the use of trauma-related language and the operational changes required to truly support healing, safety, and dignity.
Through real-world examples and an adaptable framework, attendees will learn how to integrate trauma-informed practices into staff culture, service delivery, internal policies, communications, and even physical environments.
