Diane Byer

Diane Bayer is the Board Liaison and Assistant to the CEO at Methodist Healthcare Ministries where she serves as the primary point of contact for members of the board of directors and the President & CEO. In this role Diane is responsible for managing Board Member interactions with the organization, including staffing board meetings, retreats, and special events. Diane also oversees the coordination of activities for the organizations’ Community Councils, dispersed across the organization’s 74-county service area.  Diane brings 30 years of executive support experience in the health care field to her role, which she began in 2019. Prior to joining Methodist Healthcare Ministries, Diane supported the executive staff and Board of Governors for Methodist Healthcare. Diane attained an Associate’s Degree in Business from Coastal Bend College.
