Community Connectors build, maintain, and facilitate relationships with: 

  • Community-based organizations  
  • Faith Communities  
  • Schools 
  • Other non-profit organizations     

Our goal is to:  

  • Support community change that impacts and improves vital conditions by connecting organizations and their efforts to MHM and to each other.  
  • Create learning spaces and networking opportunities for community-based organizations
