Alan Kramer 

Alan Kramer is the Chief Financial Officer at Methodist Healthcare Ministries, where he oversees financial reporting and controls, budgeting, financial and capital planning, and enterprise-wide operational excellence. He brings extensive financial leadership experience from the private and banking sectors, including service as Chief Financial Officer of Alamo Fireworks and a long career in financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight. Alan previously served on Methodist Healthcare Ministries’ Board of Directors beginning in 2018, most recently as Vice Chair, and works closely with executive leadership to advance the organization’s mission of Serving Humanity to Honor God. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Beloit College.
