Stewart Weaver

Stewart C. Weaver is the Vice President of Information Technology & Services at Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. (MHM), where he leads the organization’s technology strategy and oversees digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical services that support operations across MHM’s 74-county service area. In this role, Stewart works to ensure technology solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with the organization’s mission of serving the health needs of uninsured and low-income families.

Stewart brings more than 25 years of information technology and executive leadership experience across the healthcare, public sector, and global enterprise industries. Prior to joining Methodist Healthcare Ministries, he served as Managing Partner at AOI Business Consulting, where he advised healthcare and nonprofit organizations on technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives. His experience also includes executive technology leadership roles with the Georgia Department of Public Health and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), where he led large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity programs.

Stewart holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
