Methodist Healthcare Ministries functions through multiple departments, each carrying out a portion of the responsibilities that, when combined, drive MHM to its stated goals. Each department is led by an experienced professional who directs a staff of mission-focused individuals committed to service to those in need.
Financial Department and Investments
Methodist Healthcare Ministries will spend nearly $30 million annually in operation of clinics, programs and services – as well as support of partner organizations. As a non-profit organization, the Accounting Department is responsible for fiscal oversight.

Investments
This department is responsible for managing all Methodist Healthcare Ministries' investment activities and financial funding alternatives. The Investment Director is responsible for the direction of the organization's investments and portfolio management and has collaborative responsibility to the President and CEO.
