It’s different here because our mission, “Serving Humanity
to Honor God,” is not just a statement. MHM team members
know that the job they do is going to make a difference in
someone’s life; someone whose child is sick and can not
afford to pay for medication; an elderly person who, but not
for our community center programming, would have no social
support system; or a person who has just been diagnosed with
diabetes and needs help to manage their disease. Every
member of the MHM team has a firm understanding that they
have one chance to make a difference every day- in our
community and to the people MHM serves, and it’s what makes
working here special. It’s different here because this
organization works for us, as hard as we work for it. Our
team members are given tools and resources to strengthen
their performance and have access to training that allows
for continued professional development. From the top levels
of our leadership to staff who are on the frontlines of our
clinics and community centers, there is a commitment to
ensure each member of the MHM team is successful and
fulfilled in their positions
