ELIGIBILITY: In
keeping with the goal of promoting wellness
for the employee population of MHM, regular
employees who have completed at least six
(6) months of continuous full time service
are eligible to receive this benefit. The
benefit is for MHM employees only |

ALLOWABLE EXPENSES: Expenses will
be reimbursed at 60% of the cost – up
to $500 per employee. |

A Wellness Benefit is available when an
employee’s sick balance accrual goes beyond
a 360 hour maximum. Employees are paid for
sick leave at a rate of one hour of pay for
every two hours of unused sick leave.
Calculation is based on hour accrued as the
last pay period of each calendar year, with
the employee receiving payment in January.
