Directions

The Moving Upstream series is designed to educate and engage community leaders about the relationships between our health and where we live, work, pray and play. Each session features a panel of experts examining the social determinants of health and applying them to local efforts to manage health and move upstream towards prevention and systems change.

The third event in this series on January 10th will focus on the Built Envionment as a Determinant of Health.  Presenters include Adonia Lugo, Rose Gowen, and Jeff Pollack. The program will begin promptly at 12:00 p.m.  and lunch will be provided.

This event is free and open to all members of the community, although advanced registration is required on a first-come, first-served basis.
